Terms of ServiceI. Payment
・Payments are accepted via PayPal or Stripe in PHP, USD, and JPY. (Residents in Japan may also use PayPay)
・Full payment or a 50% deposit for large projects is required upfront.
・Clients are responsible for any transaction fees.II. Refund Policy
・Full refunds will be issued if I cannot complete your commission.
・If the client makes a payment error _{(e.g., intentionally or unintentionally adding an extra digit to the payment amount)}, no refunds will be issued. However, if the overpayment was genuinely unintentional, the excess payment amount will be considered as credit toward additional requests. If the act was intentionally malicious _{(such as a scam/fraud)}, the client will be blacklisted.III. Rights and Usage
・I retain the copyright to all artwork.
・All commissions will include my artist name on it.
・Commissions are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
・I may use the artwork in portfolios or on social media (notify me if you want it kept private).
・Using my artwork in any Al training or uploading to any AI-generating website is prohibited.
・Using my artwork in any form of blockchain tech like NFTs is prohibited.
・Malicious modifications or alterations to my artworks are forbidden.IV. Revisions
・Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch ~ lineart phase.
・Additional revisions or major changes during the coloring stage will incur extra fees. (35% of the selected plan price for each revision)
・No major changes will be accepted after the final piece is completed.V. Turnaround Time
・Typical delivery time is 1-6 weeks, depending on complexity.VI. Declined Contents
・I will not accept commissions involving:
1. Illegal content
(Examples: promotes terrorism, cult activity, pedophilia…)
2. Offensive or hateful themes
(Examples: racism, bullying, hate speech…)
3. Extreme fetishes or fetishes that I don’t like
(Examples: vore, inflation, diaper, blueberry, farts…)
・I also have the right to decline a commission that I know is beyond my current skillsVII. Process
1. Select a plan.
2. Provide your details and references for artwork.
3. Work begins after payment is received.
4. Sketch phase (revisions allowed).
5. Final piece delivered as .png or as .jpg. (Choose from 2 formats)
Complete set includes:
・Final piece (original size)
・Final piece with transparent BG (only applicable for Full Color plans)
・Final piece with watermark (65%~85% of original size) for social media posting.VIII. Communication

利用規約I.お支払い
・お支払いはPayPalまたはStripeで、PHP（フィリピンペソ）、USD（米ドル）、JPY（日本円）で受け付けます。（日本在住の方はPayPayも利用可能です）
・全額前払い、または大規模なプロジェクトの場合は50％の前金が必要です。
・振込手数料はクライアント様のご負担となります。II.返金ポリシー
・期限内に納品できない場合は全額返金いたします。
・お客様の手違い_{（例：故意または誤って支払額に0を一つ多く入力するなど）}で多く支払われた場合、返金はいたしません。ただし、本当に手違いであった場合、その差額分を追加依頼として対応いたします。悪意のある故意 _{（詐欺行為）} が発覚した場合は、お客様をブラックリストに登録します。III.使用権利
・すべての作品の著作権は私に帰属します。
・すべての作品に私のアーティスト名が含まれます。
・作品は、商業ライセンスを購入しない限り個人利用のみとなります。
・ポートフォリオやSNSに作品を掲載する場合があります。(非公開をご希望の場合はお知らせください)
・当作品をAIトレーニングに使用したり、AI生成サイトにアップロードすることは禁止です。
・NFTなどのブロックチェーン技術に当作品を使用することは禁止です。
・悪意のある改変や修正は禁止です。IV.修正
・スケッチ～線画段階では3回まで修正が可能です。
・着色段階での追加修正や大幅な変更には追加料金が発生します。（各修正につき、選択したプラン価格の35%）
・最終作品完成後の大幅な変更はお受けできません。V.納期
・納品までの目安は、作品の複雑さに応じて1～6週間程です。VI.禁止事項
・以下を含むご依頼はお受けできません：
1. 違法な内容
2. 攻撃的または憎悪を助長するテーマ
3. 極端な性癖や、私の苦手な性癖
(例： vore 捕食、inflation 膨張、diaper オムツ、blueberry ブルーベリー、fart オナラ など)
・また、現在のスキルを超える内容のご依頼はお断りさせていただく場合があります。VII.進行の流れ
1. プランを選択してください。
2. ご依頼内容の詳細や参考資料をご提供ください。
3. お支払い後に作業を開始します。
4. スケッチ段階（修正可能）
5. 最終作品を、ご希望の形式（.png または .jpg）で納品します。
納品内容には以下が含まれます：
・依頼品（オリジナルサイズ）
・背景透過された依頼品（フルカラープランのみ）
・ウォーターマーク（透かし）付きの依頼品（オリジナルサイズの65%～85%）※SNS投稿用VIII.連絡方法
